Kazakhstan · Gold resource development
The Group holds six mineral licences across the principal metallogenic belts of central, eastern and western Kazakhstan, with a combined exploration and mining licence area of approximately 1,280 km². From regional surveys and infill drilling to plant commissioning and bullion delivery, every step from discovery to realised value sits within a single value chain.

Group profile
Founded in 2016 and headquartered in Almaty. We regard mining as a long-cycle business: get the geology right, keep the costs honest, and the returns follow.
Kazakhstan Mining Group is an integrated mining company focused on gold and by-product metals, with operations across five regions of Kazakhstan. Through a combination of direct licence applications and acquisitions, the Group holds six mineral licences in the principal metallogenic belts of central, eastern and western Kazakhstan. Systematic geochemical surveys, geophysical surveys and drilling have defined gold resources of approximately 86 t at average grades of 1.9–4.6 g/t.
In development, the Group owns two processing plants with a combined annual throughput of 1.8 Mt, running a gravity–flotation–cyanidation flowsheet that holds gold recovery consistently above 93.5%. Doré produced on site is refined through accredited channels and sold into the spot and term contract markets. Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves for every project are reported under international reporting standards, while feasibility studies, environmental and social impact assessments and closure and reclamation plans advance in parallel, so that each investment decision rests on verifiable geological and engineering data.

Business lines
Exploration sets the ceiling on the resource base; mining and processing determine cost and recovery; trading and investment realise the value and fund the next round of resource acquisition. The five lines interlock to form the Group's core capability.
From regional geochemical and geophysical surveys through to infill drilling, building verifiable 3D resource models.
Combined open-pit and underground mining, with dilution, ore loss and cost per tonne of ore controlled to the feasibility study.
A gravity–flotation–cyanidation flowsheet holding gold recovery consistently above 93.5%.
Doré and concentrate move through accredited refining channels into both spot and term contract markets.
Securing quality licences along the core belts and expanding the resource base through M&A and joint ventures.
Projects
The licences sit in areas with proven metallogenic settings and access to power and roads: two are in production, two are in development and advanced feasibility work, and two are under systematic exploration, forming a staged pipeline that sustains resource replacement.

Local employment rate
Permit-to-work controls and safety training for every employee keep the recordable injury rate consistently below the industry average.
Filtered dry stacking of tailings, water recycling and progressive reclamation mean rehabilitation advances alongside mining.
Local residents are hired first, supported by vocational training and investment in community infrastructure.
Compliant operations and transparent disclosure, underpinned by anti-bribery controls and supply chain due diligence.
Leadership team
The management team has long frontline experience in the Central Asian and Chinese mining markets, spanning exploration, mine construction, processing technology, HSE and cross-border trade.
Mining is a long-cycle business. Get the geology right, keep the costs honest, keep faith with communities and regulators, and leave the rest to time.
