Privacy Policy
This is a static information site. It carries no analytics scripts, advertising pixels or third-party trackers. The sections below set out when we collect personal data, how we use it and how long we keep it.

What we collect
Personal data is collected only when you choose to submit the enquiry form: your name, company, email address, telephone number, enquiry type and message. Browsing the rest of the site requires no personal data, and there is no account to register.
How we use it
We use this information solely to understand your enquiry, route it to the right department and reply to you. We do not use it for bulk marketing, and we do not sell, rent or otherwise trade your personal data with third parties.
Disclosure to others
Disclosure occurs in two cases only: where handling your enquiry requires an external adviser (legal or technical) and you have consented; or where the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan or a competent authority requires it. We disclose your data to no one else.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for no more than 24 months from our last contact and are deleted thereafter. Where the matter has progressed into a formal engagement, retention follows the contract and applicable accounting rules.
Your rights
You may ask to see the personal data we hold about you, to have inaccuracies corrected, or to have it deleted. Write to the address at the bottom of this page and we will respond within 30 days.
Cookies and local storage
This site uses no cookies for tracking or advertising. The only local storage is your light or dark theme preference; it stays in your own browser, is never sent to us, and is removed when you clear your browser data.
Data security
The site is served entirely over HTTPS. Form submissions go to a Group mailbox or a form service accessible only to authorised staff. We apply industry-standard safeguards, though no transmission over the internet can be completely secure.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we update the "Last updated" date on this page. Material changes to how personal data is handled will be flagged prominently here.
